They contain the following

OP10 Characters
Weapons OG OP10
Alien WEAPONS OP10
XP LOBBIES
Modded ammo, shields, eridium, etc.

All of the saves say that they belong to another user when I try to copy them over to my PS4. What do I have to do to make them usable under my name?

Don't bother downloading this. All the characters are level 72 and the items are op10 at that level. Once you hit the new cap of 80, all the items are only op2 and, prettymuch, useless.
