So let me get this straight.
You want someone to play whatever game it's and get you all the trophies, is that it? Because if it's I'm not entirely sure you realize what you're asking.
Let's say it was Horizon: Forbidden West, you'd be asking someone to spend days playing the game to complete everything. And no one's going to do that. At best they might give you their 100% completed save, but if you want it to work on your console the person will need one of your saves so they can re-sign the save for your account.
Have you looked for save files of that game that are already 100% completed?
