I have a request for a Bloodborne modded starter save with preferably health not TOO high, all stats 99, etc. The stats and the health things are really the only thing I wanted to be specific about. I want one similar to the one Kyoshiro posted, except as I stated I don't want the health too high. I would also like to know if it's even possible for me to use a modded save, since I do NOT have Save Wizard. I understand that there are Bloodborne modded saves posted already, it's just I can-not get them to work probably because I don't have Save Wizard.

No, you can't use saves without resigning them and I highly doubt someone is willing to give up one of their profile slots just to do 1 save for you.
You'll either have to pay someone or buy Save Wizard yourself.
