Yes , Save Wizard doesnt allow to Resign saves for other people

people are allowed to mod the game for you but the id will change to their name so if you try to use it wont work without a resign

so, if i buy save wizard im not allowed to mod something for my friends with their accounts?

For friends you can do it you cant just Request/Provide Save Wizard service on here since people can lose their license over this thats why we wont allow it on here
