Maybe the region is not supported but also make sure your on the right drive i always got multiple usb's plugged in my pc so i need to switch it sometimes

Thanks for the reply, then it should be the region's problem, I also posted my problem on facebook under the save wizard official account, they said I could send my save via email with info to them.

bought mine from the psn store eu, but save wizard cant find it for me eihter

I'm in the same boat, save wizard can't detect any of the saves I've made off a digital EU copy.

send your save to support save wizard to add ,, this game have IDs USA , EUR etc..
