Saw this late, but two things come to mind: One is that given the timing, this was widespread at the time and was because of some temporary server issues on Save Wizard's end. It should have hopefully resolved by now.

If it hasn't, then look at the below FAQ and Troubleshooting guide, specifically the sections on filepath and the Save Wizard text tutorial, and compare the filepath of what you're trying to resign against what the filepath SHOULD be. Most resigning errors boil down to filepath issues.
