Personally, I would just max out each character's AP with those codes and then manually activate each node, but it looks like you could do it faster with other Quick Codes.

But if you're asking about PS3, too, then you might want to look into Bruteforce Save Data. Is there still a PS3 to PS4 save transfer for FFX? I think it only works one way, right? Not from PS4 to PS3? If that's the case, then you might want to see if BSD has cheats to the same effect (I have no idea), max the grids in the way you want, then transfer the saves to PS4.
