You can use a program called You must login or register to view this content., it can resign any save from PS4 version 4.70 and below.
Xploder also has the ability to resign but it's in very early stages, can only resign certain games, and is really buggy.

guys i have a question... with wizard..it is the same like ps3 saves? so you resign a save, do anythimg for the trophy, trophy bling, you resign the next save for the next trophy? for ps4 now..
