You need Save Wizard to do it.

you need to put it in a zup folder its probally already in a rar folder

Remember that the zip file must be generated from the CUSAXXXX folder, this means that inside the zip you need to have the CUSAXXXX folder, and NOT PS4 folder, SAVEDATA folder or [LOOOOOOOOONG ID] folder.
