Could someone re-region my backup EU PS4 of Legendary of Kay in US so I can use Save Wizard because it allows the US version today.

Or you can put your EU backup.

If you are wanting a EU save converted to US i believe wosley has a conversion thread. I could use a US save for legend of kay too, especially for nightmare or hellcat or whatever the hardest difficulty is.
