Overall, it's probably not a 100% save, but on garlicsave it's a 99% save :p

I did it with Apollo save tool on my Jail-broken PS4. If you send me a copy of your own save made on your console I can extract the Key and inject it unto this save.

I re-regioned the game save, however it seems to be a save in the beginning of the game.
