I did noticed that some save files tend to have [key file] issues.

I took the liberty of resigning and re-region in it manually via Apollo save tool.

In order to resign. Options are:

1) Save Wizard ($60.00)

2) Apollo Save Tool (You need a Jail-broken PS4)

Well, the PS4 option won't work for me because I play on PS5 But yesterday on the website I mentioned above, Apollo saves from the EU region that I have worked without any problems, but as I mentioned, I changed the region from the save The USA didn't work...
