I already Re-regioned a save for CTR Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled cusa14876 required everything unlocked

It is a save file for Team Sonic Racing (CUSA11115)

It is not 100% complete. It is a starter save file with:
1) Max currency
2) All non story related cosmetics and upgrades unlocked
3) all level in story accessible (Only world 1 complete)

I personally hate the game so I could not be bothered playing more than the first world. Therefore unfortunately this is the best I can offer. Test it out and let me know.
