Post: Save Wizard, pay $$ to mod my Elden Ring PS4 save file to have all the cheats?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Would anyone have Save Wizard (PC or Mac software or online version) and I would pay them say $20 to mod my Elden Ring PS4 file to have all the cheats? Essentially I would send you a zipped version of the file, you can then download, upload to Save Wizard, program the max and best cheats into it, then I would pay you. I believe I'd provide $10 to the person who can do it, with certainty, once I get the cheat file that's been mod and it works on my PS5, I will send the other $10. I run on trust and expect that the person knows how to use Save Wizard for PS4. We could also use Google docs to transfer the files in between us. I hope it's ok to ask for this in this area of the forum. Thanks in advanced for any help.

Haven't used SW for years, but from what I remember, in order to use a modified save from another user, you would still need to own SW yourself in order to resign the save to your own account, because if someone else modified the save it would be resigned to their account/system

Thanks @ProbablyRaging for responding. I honestly don't know, I just didn't want to pay $49.99USD = $79.99CAD to mod my save file. I'm not sure, but since I've downloaded the save file via USB key from my PS5, the file is a save file for Elden Ring PS4, once it's taken to a computer (Window or Mac version or online version) I don’t think it "knows" or assigns it to a particular account. I think SW is just a conversion tool to add the mods/cheats to a save file, most of the account details stay the same, it's the upgrades and cheats that get modified I believe. But what do I know, maybe you're right. If you had SW and were willing to help I would gladly pay for you to try, if it works you make $20, if it doesn't you still make $10 and we then both know the issue. I had assumed if you downloaded SW you could edit your saved files and someone else's, but maybe that's not the case. I didn't want to purchase SW because I honestly never usually use cheats, but when I downloaded and started Elden Ring I realized it's not an easy game and there isn't an "easy" mode. I understand that's the kind of game it is, but after buying it and not being able to win against some basic bosses... I realized I needed help = cheats. Winky Winky lol

So from what I remember when I used to mod save files for people on this forum was that the other party also needed to have SW as well.

SW only allows you to have like 2-3 PNS profiles on their server and you can only add/delete a new profile every 30 days, this way people were unable to simple resign saves for other people, basically to force more people to buy SW.

When you mod a save file, it "resigns" it to the current PSN profile logged in to SW. So unless the person modding the file for you has your PSN profile added to their SW, you'll need to have SW as well, to resign the modded save back to your own PSN profile once they're done modding it for you.

I don't own SW anymore, at the start of the year the greedy pricks decided they would start expiring people's license keys after like 5 years of owning SW. I don't see myself buying it again either as I'm mainly on PC now

Yeah. The same happened to me and a bunch of other people as well.
All because according to them I wasn't "fair" to those that had bought new keys that only last 2 years.

Hell, I even sent them an email telling them they were out of their minds if they thought I was going to pay the same amount I had payed five years before. Especially when PS4 barely has any games coming out.
I even suggested they met people halfway and instead offered different keys. Like a monthly key and a yearly key, instead of paying for a two years key that we might use or not.
Pricks didn't even bother to answer or take any of the suggestions to mind, seeing if they think anyone's going to pay what would cost a new PS4 o PS5 game for a service that's mainly out of use them they're out of their minds.

Too bad it didn't happen what happened with Game Genie. Seeing some time after Game Genie came out a free save editing software also came out called BSD (Brute Force Save Data), that allowed players of the PS3 to edit their saves however they wanted to without paying a dime to anyone.

But these Save Wizard f'ks they don't give a damn. It's like all the games they never got to even add to the list all because there was no way for them to create quick cheats and would be forced to allow users to only use advance mode to edit the save. Like for example with the Dishonored games. Where the saves can only be modded when saved in a specific place usually the HQ of the character. But the user had to either know how to edit its own save or get a modded starter save. And because of that they never added either of the games to the list.

The following 5 users say thank you to Greydraic for this useful post:

zevnda and 4 other users.
