I've tried to copy the save file to my PS4 and it says it belongs to another PS4 user. What can I do?

You need to resign it by using Save Wizard

A platinum save doesn't mean it will unlock all the trophies it just means the op of this thread shared his personal save after he obtained all the trophies in the game

Platinum saves don't unlock anything trophy wise 99% of the time cause the trophy requirements are already done in some games you can get some trophies with a platinum save of course

but if you're aiming to get them in a legitimate order i suggest you to only use save sets and not platinum saves

I have every trophy for this game apart from the 20 mill zeni and 530,000bp trophy.

I have tried this save, and it does display more than 20 million zeni, the trophy just doesnt pop - neither does the 530,000 bp trophy.

Am i missing something? Other users say they popped...?

EDIT
Played one local offline match to earn some zeni - then the trophy popped.
Played one ranked online match and lost - trophy also popped.

Now have platinum.
