I have a Platinum US save file with a product ID [CUSA-05294], this save doesn't have any DLC. I tested it personally, it will pop the veteran trophy difficulty after completing one mission on veteran. I couldn't test the collectibles because i already had the upgrades and the weapons trophies.

I also have a Platinum EU save file with a product ID [CUSA-05283], this save doesn't have any DLC.

The EU save is for disc or digital version of the game ?

It doesn’t matter as long as your game has the same product ID written above.

This save doesnt work at all even when you use save wizard. when you are trying to select a mission it wont let you select a mission it just make you start a new game.
