I saw that, some hunters have a problem. Let's try this (i tried this few months ago and it's worked with this platinum save):
Perfect Crime & All endings : Start the "The Old Warehouse" chapter (NO SAVE), and after the scene, the "Perfect Crime" trophy pop. Watch the cutscenes until the credits "All endings" trophy pop.
If someone needs for "Nerd" trophy, simply start "Solving The Puzzle" chapter (NO SAVE), Open the Clues -> Geoanalysis on The Gas Station Reciepts -> Analyse the Gun -> Select "Blue Lagoon video, then Examine and use the "Fast Forward and Rewind" controls until you can see the "Gold Watch", The killer is wearing clearly -> Lastly, Choose the "?" option, after "Investigate Further", then use Geoanalysis option on "?" and you'll have your OK. Then watch the cutscenes until the trophy pop.
