NOTE: I have the season pass, so I am not sure if you need to have the DLC for my save to work for you.

I am including two versions, one just before the the final fight and the other, right after (just skip all cut scenes, credits etc.) and the trophies should pop.

Big Thanks for playing and sharing with us!
I changed the Region to EU on the "After the Fight" Savegame. Everything works fine, Trophys pop after skipping all Cutscenes.
