Hey thanks for your answer. I own the disc version, correct CUSA. Here's the situation:
- If I don't update the game (Version 1.05), I press X on the savefile and game doesn't start (one time it also crashed), even if I'm online or offline, in both cases the game doesn't start without the update.
So, I've updated it and while my PS4 was disconnected from the internet, the trophies popped immediately, except: "A Fantasy, Finalized" (Complete the game on New Game Plus), the only trophy before the platinum

It looks like the problem is in an 1.05 update. So, you should beat NG+ by yourself. Or you can use these software at your own risk: PSX Download Helper, PSN Stuff+. You can download various versions of games (if these present in database) and transfer them to PS4. Google tutorials if you want. Another way - PS Now

No, any kind of software at all after 223 platinums lol I'm going for the NG+ hoping it will be not long and painful (I'll look at a guide)

They instantly popped for me (except NG+ trophy) after loading the save with the last update installed. Have you tried to be offline before even starting the game?

Yes, I did it wrong the first time. I copied the save to ps4 with the internet turned off, and as soon as I entered the game I won the trophies, the last one was NG +, I just had to defeat the final boss.
