EDIT: Oh btw. If you're looking for dinosaur bones then don't look in New Austin as all those have been collected already.

Here's a few notes to make the progress to 100% faster. These are things you'll need to do to get to 100%.

All dinosaur bones in New Austin have already been collected so no need to search there.
26 challenges completed - 66 still to go (all 9 branches need to be completed).
Train robbery definitely needs doing to get to 3 out of 4. Either coach or most probably shop robbery is needed to get 4 out of 4 robberies.
6 weapons need to be found. All missable weapons have been collected. Mostly knives and daggers scattered around the map need to be found. Should push it from 42 to 48.
Max health, stamina and dead eye will natural come as you complete the challenges and buy reinforced sets from trapper (the completed sets push you from level 8 to 10. Health needs a bit more work though as is currently level 6).
Only 4 more fish are needed. Check the in-game compendium to see which haven't been discovered.
All 20 dreamcatchers need collecting.
Not done any hunting requests. Can be found as posters at train stations.
Exotics are a type of unmissable stranger mission. Just opened the mission. Not collected anything.
Not collected any legendary fish so collect them all.
All 9 graves need to be visited.

Use a guide to collect all this shit. Shouldn't take too long. Don't expect to earn too many trophies as I've already earned most of them. Also, most of the other trophies can already be found on NGU. Just not the 100% (Best in the West trophy) which is why I provided this in the first place.

Trophies you could earn, but you would have to work for include Gold Rush, Bountiful, Paying Respects (will naturally pop when you visit all 9 graves), It's Art, Skin Deep, Zoologist, Grin and Bear it.

I think if you tap left on the d-pad you can see the requirements for some of these challenges and missions.

Some easter eggs like Man Bear Pig and the Vampire are yet to be discovered. High Stakes treasure mission needs to be found and completed. Fauna of America Card set needs to be completed (not required for 100%, but just for OCD reasons and to finally clear that mission.)

Journal is nearly fully completed I think, but this isn't required for 100%. That's only if you want to know some lore. I assume the blank pages need filling in. I imagine they naturally will be at 100%.

EDIT: All talismans and trinkets have been collected. Legendary panther needs to be hunted for the last one (and to do that 9 hunting challenges need to be completed).

Yes, this save have 100 %, but hes skip 1 amulet "for quest rewards" and him more not receive.
