-The only thing u need to do is replay any mission and get S rank.

For example, do the trophies for the S Rank pop as soon as you finish the game on any one of the difficulties?

i just finished the final fight in each difficulty and got the trophies. dont remember about the s rank one im thinking it did pop after completing the game.
