Days gone has a very huge ascii .sav file... even after the patches, if you try to export the file of a 4mb save, it's over 30mb... So save wizard can't handle these sizes, sadly...
As Wosley said, it's the very same problem as GoW. That game, exactly as Days Gone, has a single Save that weights over 30mb, this makes re-regioning impossible

The Challenge trophies are online-only, so I don't think there can be saves for them. The only data that's updated when you play the Challenges are the base, profile, and checkpoint saves, so unless there's trophy information stored in them, you won't unlock anything.
i play challenge i have silver medals , i deleted my save , and when i play the game my challenge have no medals , so i think the challenge are offline
The Challenge data is stored in the profile save, so if you deleted those, that makes sense. I tried resigning mine to a dummy profile and doing this offline, getting a Bronze score, but I didn't even get the Bronze trophy, so these trophies are online-only. If someone wants to try resigning and playing online, let me know if that works and I'll update my thread.
One thing to note is that I have a custom character and bike skin applied, so while you're testing make sure to deselect the character/bike skins because there's a separate trophy for that which you can't get right away.
Trophy didn't pop, because the profile save has a checkmark for those trophies. Try deleting the profile save and get a bronze medal after that.

If you delete the profile save then you can't even start the challenges. I was able to delete the base save and start them, but no trophies popped. Someone will have to test it online and report back.

This is a follow up for my previous post. The Profile save contains the Challenge Mode progress (credits, rings, patches, scores etc.)
So a save set or saves can be made for it, but...and a big BUT, the Profile save also contains data for trophies. So if the trophy is already achieved, it can't be achieved again with the same Profile save, so in order for us to achieve trophies it needs to be before the trophy is unlocked. Let's say 11/12 patches, 11/12 gold scores, 11/12 rings etc.
So a save set or saves can be made for it, but...and a big BUT, the Profile save also contains data for trophies. If you mean the member who reported being able to re-region it successfully, I haven't seen that for this title either. But the save doesn't need to re-region to "work". Most games cannot be re-regioned and yet people make use of them on these forums all the time. It's just unfortunate that while Days Gone actually does have Advanced Mode, most members (apparently not all) run into size limitations when attempting to re-region.
