-Deep Thrailblazer Trophy u at the mistle in front the last boss room and go straigh kill the last depth boss then go back to home base talk with Davis and trophy will pop up.
-for folder Io just back to home base go to Io and restore and Eos Vestiges
You may also can get Revenant Requisites just equip all type of Blood Veilin inventory and A weapon for Every Season equip all type of weapon in inventory.
im just missing Hunter vestiges for Louis Memories trophy..but u can collect back using Io save in early game hehe

You don't have to re-region the saves to US. They are the same code. When you go to start the game after using Save Wizard to make it your save, you will have to select English and all that as if you are starting a brand new game. When the load option appears load the game. It's just a few more steps than if you re-region the save. Much easier to just resign the save when you are a US user.
