I saved this and slept for 8 hours, then spoke to mama murphy who wanted me to make her a chair. By the time I gathered the resources the trophy popped, about 5 min. So could just be a waiting game after the 8 hours sleep. But wouldn't do any harm to speak with her.

Can't get this to pop for the life of me, my settlements happiness just keeps going down?



Edit: Got it!

For anyone who is also having this issue, here's what I did to get it:

As soon as the save is loaded, quickly assign Marcy Long to the bar (she's currently on food) and Codsworth to the clothing shop.
I then slept until 8AM the next morning.

Putting Codsworth in the clothing shop probably isn't necessary, but you may as well do it just in case.
