Note - You need "You must login or register to view this content." to extract, inside the rar file is a "ZIP" (ZIP is for save wizard) and an Info text with details of trophies. if there is any confusion please let me know.

Hunting With Hounds - Note There is 3 saves with this one, I am not sure if anyone will pop the trophy. Test needed. all 3 save are right behind a deer. just kill it. hope for the best. Saves are untested but Im pretty sure they gonna work without any problems
Instruction:
After beating the final boss
New gods = kill Konstantin
Back to the roots = Dont kill him
A passion for extreme = pop automaticlly after or during the cutscene

Hey don't worry about those saves, so I figured something out with glitched trophies for the game. Basically you need to wipe every single data from your PS4 related to the game if you are having issues (or make a back up of your save files).
When I did this I got those two crafting trophies (Artisian and Alchemist). Instructions are simple; load up the manual save > buy all ingredient items from the nearby store > go to your base and upgrade gear 10 times > reset your skillpoints and invest in science and then craft 10 times potions. This should net you both the trophies, the save can be found You must login or register to view this content..
For some reason I can't get the following trophy to pop:
- Explorer (find all camp fires)
-In search of perfection
But anyways hope this helps you out OP, I also tested all your saves up to Waterproof and everything worked fine.

Thanks heaps dude, on my secondary profile the trophy popped instantly for In search for perfection, but my main one it didn't lol. I had to delete all my saves and then try again and for some reason the trophy decided to work and pop lol. How far are you on your current play run? I'm curious to see if Explorer (find all camps) would work on yours?

I am working on that one now, I need some areas to unlock, but should be good
I more worried about " a better world" hope I didn't mess up. Or second play through going to be a long one lol

Yeah, it's a wierd advanced mode, It doesn't have .data file for me to re-region.
