I have two saves in this save set. One that is 106% and one where I have left the first level uncompleted when it comes to most of the time consuming trophies. I have also left one flashback tape.

With the 106% save you should be able to get the Ending trophies by going into the Gallery in the pause menu.

With the Incomplete save. I've left the platinum time trial relics, Gems, N.Sanely Perfect Relic, Nverted trophies on the first level. and one remaining flash back tape. Enjoy.

Just FYI, you can unlock the platinum time trial trophy using the 106% save, just need to complete a time trial (I finished with a gold relic and it still popped).
