Save Slot 3
Magic Master: Trip Door travel to Evermore Castle. Go to either building marked with a scroll on the map and turn in the manual to master the magician's method.

Save Slot 4
Higgledy Hotshot: You begin in Evermore. Go to either building marked with a scroll on the map and turn in the manual to master Martha's method.

Solosseum Supremo: Complete any fight at S rank and the trophy should pop.

Save Slot 3, 4, or 5 (can't guarantee these, but redoing the trigger should make the trophies pop)
Plumbing the Depths: Go through floors 31-40 in the Dreamer's Maze again. Shouldn't be hard.
How Low Can You Go / Ruiner of Wraiths: Replay floors 81-100 of the labyrinth.
