Here is the save for the hard head trophy in wolfenstein 2 CUSA07377

there must be less than 20 helmets missing, just recover the 6 helmets, it takes 5 seconds per run, I have never posted a save and I hope it works (sorry I'm French so my English is rubbish haha)
