This a new Game plus Save plus the old one is still on there aswell, Good news is you can do the 100 arena fights in one sitting for wicked k trophy and you might be able to beat the game again on Deathinitive from the first save, I do not know if the collectables trophies will pop or side quests trophy, try and it out and see what happens
