the save seems to work on both regions (EU & USA) without changing anything...

Has anyone get problems aiming and shooting during this save. I tried to re-sign and tried for bottle game at 9th save file. however when I press R1 there is no respons from character and he is just holding weapons and no more action. Is it myself or anyone experience the same issue.

Hmmm, don´t really know what your problem concerning controls is, but there´s nothing wrong with the save itself. Maybe play around with the controller config and see what you´ll get. I used this save myself and it worked 100%.
