(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Whilst Sony showed Knack running on the PlayStation Vita via the seldom-used Remote Play feature (above), it has emerged today that it’s likely that all PS4 games will be required by Sony to allow the Vita to control the action.

On the PS4, Remote Play works by downscaling the 1080p video internally before passing it out over wi-fi to the Vita, which then returns controller inputs back over the same connection to the PS4.

There’s no penalty to developers, according to the report, so hopefully this rumour is indeed true and we’ll be able to play everything – Killzone Shadow Fall, DriveClub – on the Vita.

Expect more on this at E3 in just under two weeks.

Like A.....
This had to happen for the vita to survive, it becomes...

got to be on the move and want to play your PS4 games get a vita you can play EVERY game on the vita anywhere that has a wifi connect etc....

This could be really good if it works well and lag is low
