What do you mean?
I do know Sony is pushing it's services to phones, tablets and PC's so you could pay with your PSN's wallet currency through your phone, if that is what you mean.

I know they are releasing a new PlayStation App close to the PS4 launch. With that you will have access to the PS Store so you can purchase your PS+ subscription from there.
