Sources from a number of retail companies confirmed they believed the PS4 would ship with the PS eye until a couple of weeks ago. We all know what damage a high price does vs a lower price, Sony remembers the PS3. Poor sales meant Sony had to cut hard to win people over.
With gamescom on the way we could see a PS eye bundle appear at a higher price point. It nice to see Sony are supporting the PS eye with the move controller still.

I will buy the PS Eye separate if I need so, I want to have the full bundle not matter what it cost, is really worth it.
