A GameStop spokesperson has told GameInformer that "due to high demand for the system, GameStop is not currently taking additional store reservations for the PlayStation 4."

The GameStop website has listed the console as "sold out," but interested customers can submit their email address to receive new information.

Last month, a memo from Sony was leaked telling GameStop to accept an unlimited number of PS4 pre-orders, and to ignore previously defined PS4 allotment limitations. This came after Sony already warned that PS4 demand "may well outstrip supply."

I preordered 4 launch edition on amazon and should get it on launch day. I will then resell 3 of them for profit. basically getting my PS4 free hahaa
