They obviously will, but i'm sure sony's firmware will be hard to crack so not sure.

i doubt nothing will happen not right now as ps4 is right around the corner. it would damage their name to much so i reckon there might be a update to prevent or use some kind of counter measure against it but banning? highly unlikely

Moderation policy for the PS4 is unknown. Based on the fact you're paying for PSN going to be harsher if I had to guess.

To be honest, I hope there's a nice long period before (if at all) the PS4 gets tampered with. Cheating is getting old now.

I don't think so unless trophies are use on a regular basis to buy content and have real world value

I don't see why anyone would care how you obtained your trophies

i think they are not doing shit about it. sony doesnt really care about trophies in the first place.
