so if you have all your hacks on the jailbroke ps3, data transfare them to the ps4? havent got a ps4 to try this idea out so be my guest.

Ah mate we're only having a bit of fun. In fairness I do like your idea however your point fell flat when you said the PS3 & PS4 are pretty much the same thing - think there a few big differences.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you can transfer game saves from one console to another.
