(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Normally the PX21 has a little plastic box that connects the USB portion and the Audio jack, the solution is to very carefully cut that box off and lengthen the cables yourself, very simple to do.
After you get that portion done, just change your audio settings and you're good to go

Though this solution is free, lots of people aren't going to want to spend a extra $79.99 for it right before or after they buy their system. Cutting off the little box is hardly noticeable at all unless you cut too deep into the wire which still isn't very noticeable

I got mine for £20 on ebay so not very expensive.

As I said before, some people don't want to pay any extra money after they get their console.

Dont want to keep replying but i would rather spend £20 than hack my £60 headphones to bits. Also if you dont want the optical surround sound i think you can just put the jack on you headphones into the controller.

Or wait until a jack comes out.

I just plug the green jack plug into the headphone socket on my TV and have bought a USB extension cable so the USB can plug into the console as well.

I can upload pictures in about a hour.

This would be a really simple solution too.
