I noticed my PS4 controller turned green while ago while playing Killzone...Why was it green?

I actually just made a post about this haha. I played Killzone last night and noticed too but quickly found out what it was. Green means your health is fully charged.

When you get shot or hurt it will slowly fade to orange and then start blinking red when you are severely injured. It's pretty cool when you're playing in the dark because it stands out more.
