By installing the game it helps decrease loading time and put less strain on the lens that reads the game disc. However it will still read off of the disc once in a while for certain files. Don't worry though the odds of stressing the lens and blu ray disc now a days are highly unlikely.

yeah it should do, the majority of it will more then likely be read from the hdd.
