shame you dont get it right away as that could push people to purchase full games, although its probably a clever move by sony as the person will probably think ive not got enough to purchase a game so ill top up another 10er so i can.

$60 for digital download is a rip off when the production & distribution costs of digital downloads are far less than for physical units. I ain't putting a single dime to PS store.

Just keep in mind that keeping the digital content in store wastes server memory and bandwidth. It cost more than producing discs.

I understand Sony adds X amount on top as hosting fees so the reason games cost more on PSN. But it still costs lower than publishing physical units. That's not the point. Even Sony says, They wants retail to coexist and also digital option to coexist alongside it. They don't want to monopolize unlike Apple did this to Audio CDs. If Sony wants they can sell game at lower rate to take possession of digital market.

It would be great if Sony puts the price down by 10$ at least... but most likely it won't happen. Especially when things are getting more and more expensive due to the economy, the price will soon rise to 70$ or more... We are lucky enough to have USED disc games and have a cheap game.
