Hello NGU!!!

I Dont Know if i post this in right session but does anybody know how to fix this problem?!?!?!! or my playstation 4 is finished now!!! :cry: did some research, youtube, yahoo answers.. i tried everything!! i tired hold PS button for few seconds to turn blue light into orange light like what they told me too, but nothing happened!!!!! i havent played games on that system yet!! i only downloaded the software, game updates (BF4) and Cod Ghost!! i had this problem since the end of november!! please!!! can anyone tell me how to fix it?!!.......

Try turning the console off, holding the power button down for 7-8 seconds, it should start up into safe mode, try choosing resolution and set it to the lowest then let it restart the ps4 it should re pick up your tv native resolution and set it again.

If that doesnt work try rebuilding database, and if that doesnt work then check this thread You must login or register to view this content. as you'll need sony's number to speak to them about getting a replacement.

What Lew said really. If all else fails, don't worry because Sony will send out a replacement to you.
