(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello ladies and gentlemen, recently I've bought the Sony Gold Wireless headset from Amazon and so far, it's so amazing that I'm doing a review of this product. I would recommend buying this headset if you really are looking into PS4 headsets. This is one of the cheap but great headsets that Sony puts out and I really look forward to seeing more people actually know this headset and try it out themselves to see it's better and they have saved lots of money of this headset.

I am going to begin with the cons of this headset:
- This headset isn't perfect for the PS3. I've tried using my old Sony Wireless studio headset vs the Gold Wireless headset, and the quality on the old wireless headset is better. The new gold wireless headset sounds like if you were wearing cheap headphones and listening to music with it on the PS3, so I do not recommend buying this headset if you are looking for a PS3 headset.
- Of course, you can't use this for multiple devices. For example, someone told me that there's a headset where you can use Skype on the computer and use the headset on the PlayStation or Xbox at the same time. Unfortunately, you can't do it with this headset (I've tried using the audio cord on the PC and the USB stick on the PS4, but they don't work at the same time. With the audio stick on, the headset turns off and goes to PC mode)
- The microphone quality isn't good. I would say the old Wireless headset would beat it, however there isn't that "clicking noise" you hear on the Gold Wireless headset compare to the old one. The old one has a long microphone stick that makes that noise, the gold wireless headset doesn't have it.
- If you have a very big head, this headset would most likely not fit on you. The way you get a big head is with the fat skin on you, so I advise to eat healthy if you want to use the Gold Wireless headset Gandalf the Grey.
-This headset could easily break if you don't take care of it properly. If you spilled water on it, the buttons may be messed up. I advise to take very good care of it.

-The USB stick of the headset could be easily lost, so like said take care of it Smile.
-The USB cord is 1 feet long, what were you thinking Sony? :argh:
^The PS3 cord does not work, but the PS4 cord does.
-You may hear a little static noise, but it doesn't bother me much to be honest.
-You don't earn a trophy for getting this headset :'(.

Now for the pros about this headset:
-The sound sounds amazing on the PS4. You can sound whore on games, the music affects, and this headset is 7.1 surround sound so it's feels like if you were in a theater with this headset.
-You may still adjective the audio of the game. If you hate hearing people, you can boost up the game audio and have the chat audio down.
-When you wear it, feels really comfortable. It fits right into your ears and it doesn't bother me one bit. It could be used as ear muffs for yourself if you want to warm yourself Shiver.
-The bass is amazing. I personally use this headset for my phone and computer when I am out, and it feels amazing hearing the music and bass. The bass isn't overpowered or underpowered. It's the "right type".
-This headset can be easily folded to go anywhere with it. That's what's really is good about using this headset.
-The design of the headset is alright. You got the /\XO() in the headset with the PS logo, the blue line and black line.
-I am not sure on this, but when you use this headset for mobile, the battery isn't draining. This headset could be used without power which is amazing.
-Battery life on this headset is longer, and you don't hear annoying noises when your battery dies and such.

-The Audio cord is long, at least Sony isn't greedy on that Enzo.
-You get a PlayStation little bag to put your headset in it, looks pretty handy to use.
-Cheap 100$ headset, it's wireless and audio cord, so it should save you some money right here.

Overall, I really like this headset and I may keep it for a while. I'll report some problems if there is any over the next months. I know I haven't cover everything about the headset, but this is all I know about the headset. Hope you guys learn something here and feel free to comment below on your thoughts.

So you like them, or you hate them? Because there isn't much positivity from your thread.

He started off with the cons and ended with the pro's, Just like any other review....Even though he said he loved them in the beginning doesn't mean there is absolutely nothing wrong with them In his Opinion. Smile

See I scanned it. I didn't even notice the 'pros' in there. Maybe he should make them bold and lighten the thread up some. :y:
