they raised it because xbox one is 499$ and selling alot, they just got greedy, in my opinion if they release a console at that price, keep it there, until at least the next version the 1tb or slim or whatever is commin.

you can't just straight up raise the prices because the decision they made in the first place.

Didn't sony announce that they weren't making any profit on ps4s sold and that they were only making profit on PS+? This is an interesting move because I think Sony realized that people would have still purchased a ps4 at higher price, where they could have made a hell of a profit. It's not too late for them, but it just makes them look bad since they decide to do this now.
