I don't think you'll be able to install it in your system. It needs to be signed and activated into your PS4

Using the tool that is in this tutorial I know you can install pkg by changing the current URL to another pen pkg or choosing directory
I done something like this on my ps3 and I'm pretty sure it installed the pkg

You can install it, but you can't run it since it's not activated to your PS4. Unless you have the PS4 keys which is impossible, no way to running this package file at all lol.
