1. Searching For Someone On PlayStation
And
2. Looking At Your Friends (Just Has A Loading Circle or Just Shows Blank Boxes Where Someones Name Would Be)

I believe thats down to your internet speed (maybe)?

It's the new patch it lagged the OS just wait for a stabilizer patch before 1.70 ps4 OS was super fast and smooth

It happens to me too buddy, it's the OS. I have a 100mbps speed so it isn't your internet.

Could be due to a number of factors not just the servers

More of the PS4 promising seamlessly power and multitasking, which is just not seem yet, especially by me.

its become alot worse since the newest update, specially at the weekends it could be just the sheer amount of people online now, just have to wait for sony to stop being tight and get more servers which they culd be doing as we speak.
