Furthermore, Thuway revealed that Microsoft has secured a big thirdy party exclusive (probably for Xbox One).

Playstation 4 is not the only console that is getting perforamance boost in future, Microsoft has also announced some tech to improve Xbox One overall performance such as DX12 and more. So it will be interesting to see what the second round of next-gen consoles war have in store for gaming community.
The track record of Thuway is pretty good, previously he has leaked information accurately before official announcement. So we can't completely ignore the fact he said above.
