So I have downloaded a few game on another account and when I go to my main account it Has A locked symbol on the game and says only users with the licence can open the application

The accounts are both activated on main ps4

can I only play the game on the account i purchased from because my other mates say they can play game on another account

I restored the licencees and everything

ok but is yours also primary? if so then it wont work

is his still primary on his ps4? if so then it wont work. as you can only have one ps4 as your primary system. its not like the ps3.

but do a search on here about game sharing on the ps4 and you might find the answer your looking for as there are alot of topics on this issue

If you are the one who is giving your friend your stuff then YOU will NEED to be able to connect to the internet to play it. He can play without internet access.

i have the similar problem with my cousin with gamesharing.

my cousin has bought Battlefield 4 and have e.g. Resogun in his download list / library
he has also Playstation Plus

i have a new PS4 now, i added my acc to my PS4 as secondary acc cause i have no games...

my cousin deactivated his primary acc on his system

then i added his acc as primary on my PS4

after logging in i began to download the games
Resogun finished and installed
Battlefield 4 is downloading (slow internet connection cant try yet...)

but i can play Resogun now
my cousin can play Resogun also but he cant play Battlefield anymore cause it is locked

"he is using his own account as secondary with permanent internet connection"
he tried to recover licences etc. but i doesnt work

but... if i log out from the PS4 or shut down the PS4
he can play!

maybe someone knows a solution for that?

Go to the account on which you downloaded the game, then go to settings -> psn -> restore licenses

Then start the game on this account, then exit it, switch to your account and it should work

The other account has to be primary system of course

I used this way to play games from my japanese and U.S. accounts
