they did not slip up i read the page for the ps4 ver of the game and it says

Pre-order Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare and receive an exclusive theme for your PS3™ system’s XMB™ menu screen in your download list after checking out. so unless they typed in ps3 by mistake then i can see it being a slip. but other wise i dont see it

clearly posted in PS4 section, and idk why would they put an ps3 bonus in the ps4 store

well they did as i stated before. its a ps3 theme not a ps4 one
