Sony Computer Entertainment Japan stated that if all goes well, we will see 170 (yes 170) games announced by March 2015. Hiroshi Ueda, Vice President of Sony Japan was confident of his statement and to let it go public.
Ueda stated, "I'm glad that, of all the titles we showcased, they were exceedingly abundant in variety," the executive told Dengeki PlayStation (via NeoGAF). "If we limit the number to packaged games, not including download versions, I believe by March of next year we’ll be able to have 170 titles announced to date."
He also made some remarks on the Sony PS Vita by stating, "The number of players actively using PS Vita is quite high," he said, "which has made creators and developers express their belief to us that they can sell games on the handheld… I think we'll also see some games based on existing smartphone titles come to the PS Vita."
