Depends how much of an audio phile you're, you can get better sound if you get a headphone and a clip on mic but...setup and other things.
These are meant to be good for the price but nothing special.

It's looks ok but very uncomfortable because of the angle of the headset. I personally got the turtle beach px4 when it was released. It's the best gaming headset I have ever used, changed the way I play completely. 360 surround sound crystal clear and a great bass, especially when playing battlefield.
